Introduction
1. Application
l Mechanical and low-speed motorized spindles of CNC machine tools
l Hydraulic pressure and lubricating stations of CNC machine tools, oil presses and machinery
l Working fluid cooling for electro-discharge machines
l Lubricating/cooling system of reduction boxes, like Germany ZF reduction gearbox, Italy BF reduction gearbox and self-made gearbox
2. Functions and Features
l The control system adopts a controller with Chinese/English (switchable) LCD, making it visual and easy-to-operate.
l Two control modes, including fixed temp and synchronizing with ambient temp, are available for your choice.
l It serves multiple functions with passive alarm terminals, sending fault signals to CNC system.
l Remote start terminals are available for gang control between machine tool and oil chiller.
l RS485 communication interface is added to implement communication function.
l To prevent spindle from off-centering or thermal deformation, stabilize the precision and prolong the service life of machine tool.
l To prevent oil deterioration caused by high oil temperature, maintain oil viscosity and avoid oil shock.
